Welcome to Dylan Elliot Audio. These Terms and Conditions govern all services provided by Dylan Elliot Audio ("we," "us," or "our"). By engaging with our services, you ("client," "customer," or "user") agree to abide by these terms.

2. Services Provided

Dylan Elliot Audio specializes in audio mixing and mastering services for podcasts, music, and other audio content. We strive to deliver high-quality services, but results may vary based on factors beyond our control, including the quality of the original recording.

3. Data Collection

For the purpose of providing our services and maintaining clear communication, we collect and store the following client information:

• Full Name
• Email Address
• Bank Details for payment processing

We comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable UK and Scottish laws governing data protection.

4. Payment Terms

Payments are due upon the delivery of final audio files unless an alternative arrangement has been agreed in writing. Payment methods accepted include bank transfer. All prices are quoted in GBP unless otherwise stated, and clients are responsible for any bank fees.

5. Client Obligations

Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information. Dylan Elliot Audio is not liable for delays or errors resulting from incorrect information. Clients must review and confirm satisfaction with audio samples before final delivery.

6. Delivery of Services

• Delivery times vary based on the project scope and complexity. Estimated timelines will be provided.
• Final audio files will be delivered in the format agreed upon (e.g., WAV, MP3).
• Requests for revisions may incur additional charges depending on the extent of work required.

7. Refunds and Cancellations

• Refunds may be issued on a case-by-case basis. Refunds are not available after final files have been delivered and approved.
• Cancellations should be communicated as early as possible. In-progress work at the time of cancellation may still incur charges proportional to the completed work.

8. Liability

While Dylan Elliot Audio strives for client satisfaction, we are not responsible for issues arising from the client’s playback equipment or external factors outside our control. Our liability is limited to the cost of services provided.

9. Intellectual Property

All original content created by Dylan Elliot Audio is protected by copyright. Upon full payment, clients are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the final audio for personal or specified commercial purposes as agreed upon. This license does not grant the right to modify, resell, or redistribute the content unless explicitly authorized in writing. We reserve the right to use samples of work for promotional purposes, subject to client approval.

10. Privacy Policy

Dylan Elliot Audio is committed to protecting client privacy. Personal information is stored securely, and only necessary data is collected to facilitate services. We do not share client information with third parties without consent.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Scotland and the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising from our services or these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Scottish courts.
